Founded in 2023, the client has rapidly grown from a small founding team to a mid-sized organization with dozens of professionals. As the company enters a critical scale-up phase, engaging external consultants became essential to:

• Leverage industry best practices and external expertise to optimize management systems, enhance organizational maturity, and ensure forward-looking and consistent decision-making.



Project Scope


The project aimed to establish a structured human resources management system to support the company’s rapid growth. Key areas included:
