Project Background
With the company’s rapid business expansion, the existing HR Information System (HRIS) faced limitations in functionality, performance, and user experience, making it insufficient for current operational and managerial needs. Fragmented data, slow system response, and lack of integration among modules led to redundant work and low efficiency within the HR department. The company initiated an HRIS update and optimization project to support digital HR management and data-driven decision-making.
Project Scope
System Upgrade & Platform Migration. Migrated the legacy HR system to a cloud-based platform to enhance data security and accessibility
